The breaks are fine, the front pad is pretty fresh the back has had average use. I have taken the Shimano deore front shifter off and smaller chain ring so it is ready to have a chain device attached which you can buy for £40 but can include the shifter if you want it. The rear tire is basically brand new, the front has have average use. The grips are pretty worn down so that is the only thing you would need to replace.
